RETURNS & PRODUCT CONCERNS

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, cosmetics generally cannot be returned or exchanged after opening simply because of a change of mind or individual shade preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with an issue present upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as you receive and inspect it.
